LSR for Cable accessories, Hollow bushing insulators etc.

The platinum catalyst was directly combined in the LSR component with polymer structure. After the two parts of LSR were fully mixed, the platinum catalyst became active after the temperature reached the reaction temperature, and the LSR was cross-linked to vulcanize. No waste was produced.

Main features:

  • its anti-leakage mark parameters can reach 1A4.5.
  • Hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity migration performance is stable，Its less affected by external factors  (ash density, high and low temperature, acid and alkali, etc.)
  • Excellent tensile properties.
  • Low viscosity, good fluidity, good for making large outdoor insulators.

    • Storage and validity period
  • It is a non-dangerous product. Please store it in a cool and dry place below 25°C. The validity period is 12 months.
    • Use restrictions
  • This product has not been tested, nor has it clearly stated that it can be used in medical or pharmaceutical applications. This product is not suitable for human injection. This product is not suitable for food contact. Contact with certain materials (such as amines, sulfur and tin compounds) will inhibit curing.
