The LSR is the food grade non-toxic and tasteless transparent liquid silica gel, The products meet ROHS and other environmental requirements, and have passed FDA certification for safety and environmental protection.Tasteless avirulent, have physiology inert, can achieve food grade requirement completely.

Main features:

  • Excellent transparency.
  • Excellent high tear strength, resilience and yellowing resistance.
  • Comply with EU ROHS, REACH, German LFGB and US FDA certification.
  • Low viscosity, good fluidity, can be vulcanized quickly under high temperature conditions.

Basic use:

  • Baby care areas such as pacifiers and bottles.
  • Swimming diving and other protective fields.
  • Production of products in contact with food.


Remarks:
1) Keep temperature below 40℃ during the mixing of parts A and B, higher temperature will shorten the operation time.
2) Avoid contamination with organic Tin compound, avoid contamination with Nitrogen,Sulphur, Phosphorous containing compounds and organic acid metal salt, otherwise the product will not cure or cannot cure completely.
3) This product is not tested or stated that can be used for medical or pharmaceutical, also not allow to be used for human body injection.
Appearance & Packaging: High Transparency Liquid packed in 20 kg Pail or 200kg Drum.
Storage: This Product is non-dangerous products should be stored in a cool & dry area, avoid the sunlight & moisture, the shelf life is 12 months.
